Subject:physical abuse, monthly variations

I'm interested in knowing more about month to month variations in physical abuse of children. Any data source is good: reported to child protection, intentional injuries seen in hospital emergency rooms, other. My colleagues and I are exploring the potential to replicate this 2007 paper and need to get a handle on the literature first. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide. Thomas, N.
