Subject:question re: use of repeated child wellbeing and family functioning measures in public child welfare systems

Greetings, We are wondering if anyone knows of any states/jurisdictions that have been repeatedly collecting measures of child wellbeing and/or family functioning, at multiple points in time, of children/families involved with the child welfare system? Who/which states/jurisdictions are using these? How are they storing the data/how are they included in their MIS system, etc.? Thank you!
