Subject:RE: question about Differential Response in child welfare

Massachusetts reports to be using differential response – according to a couple of different resources (and my interactions with my students): 1. DCF: http://www.mass.gov/eohhs/docs/dcf/icpm-general-presentation.rtf 2. Mass. Continuing Legal Education: http://www.mcle.org/includes/pdf/2070218B00_S.pdf Emily M. Four states discontinued DR: AZ, WV, TX, AK and FL but Florida then implemented a regional local pilot project. I'd love to learn more about why those states discontinued Differential Response. Does anyone have information about that? Kate Piper Kathryn A.
