Hi Kim, I counted 10 in 2010: WA, WY, OK, MN, MO, LA, KY, TN, VA, NC, ME and VT. Four states discontinued DR: AZ, WV, TX, AK and FL but Florida then implemented a regional local pilot project. I'd love to learn more about why those states discontinued Differential Response. Does anyone have information about that? Kate Piper Kathryn A.
