Subject:Reaction of teams who have a member abuse

Hello Listmates: I have a request from a colleague overseas… I am searching some studies on the reaction of teams from whom one of their members has abused minors or mentally ill people in their care. I remember I have seen this somewhere in my studies, but I cannot find it anymore. I searched the net, but there is very little to find. I know it is devastating for a team if one of them crossed the lines and the team has a reaction on ‘closing in to themselves’ but is there anything to find out there on this behavior/reaction? Is anyone aware of any such research or papers on the matter? Rob Robert E.
