In case you have not found this resource I am sending it. At Child Welfare Information Gateway. http://www.childwelfare.gov/management/workforce/retention/workload.cfm I was also involved in a report for CA on this topic. I have the CWLA and COA documents that establish the standards. However, I am wondering if there are any studies that look specifically at the relationship between caseload size and child outcomes. I am interested in published or unpublished studies. What happens when caseloads get above the established standards? Do outcomes for children suffer? Which outcomes? Sincerely, GH
