Edwards Sent: Tuesday, April 24, 2012 8:25 AM To: child-maltreatment-research-l@cornell.edu Subject: States Under Court Supervision Greetings Colleagues, I am conducting research to determine if a relationship exists between court supervision of state child welfare systems and federal legislators' behavior. To this end, I am searching for a list of states under court supervision after 2005 (the year that the CWLA/ABA report ends). I am looking for start dates and end dates, and I am looking for more information than can be found on the Children's Rights website. I appreciate any assistance that you can provide.
