Subject:Re: States Under Court Supervision

Is there any evidence that the various lawsuits put forth by Children's Rights and other Youth Law Centers actually improves child welfare outcomes? I recognize that they change practices and compliance in states, but I haven't seen much in terms of improving the lives of families. Has anyone studied this? TM From: Heather R. To this end, I am searching for a list of states under court supervision after 2005 (the year that the CWLA/ABA report ends). I am looking for start dates and end dates, and I am looking for more information than can be found on the Children's Rights website. I appreciate any assistance that you can provide.
