Subject: question about standard set of monitoring criteria for family group facilitators
I have a request for research and evaluation from a colleague in New Zealand:
***************************
Paul Nixon , the New Chief Social Worker for New Zealand and is leading some work on
reinvigorating Family Group Conferencing. As part of the initiative,
they are looking at training and benchmarking behavioural
skills/competencies for FG Coordinators.
Just wondering if you are aware of any work or research being done in relation this this elsewhere?
*******************
I am not aware of any research or evaluation specific to facilitator competencies aside from fidelity measurement (which isn't benchmarking behavioral competencies. ) I would appreciate any suggestions in relation to any of the teaming methods (FGDM, TDM, other models).
Thank you for your help,
MBR
