Subject:Re: information for Family Court Judges

Are you thinking of a wide ranging briefing package or one relating to the actual family? In the UK there are panels with experts who train judges in seminars. These are reported annually by the Judical Studies Board. They've altered their website since I last needed to check it - http://www.judiciary.gov.uk/publications-and-reports/jsb-publications/jsb-annual-reports so you may need to do a bit of searching and I can't guarantee what you need is there. Is there a similar body for NSW? The information I am after is not related to laws/legislation but more regarding impact/outcome for children/families that would be compelling for judges/magistrates. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Cheryl Majka Project Officer Community Services nsw
