Subject:RE: risk assessment tools for assessing abuse and neglect

Hi Rhenda, I'd be very interested to see your syllabus and readings and exercises, as building competency is exactly what I've been interested is moving toward. Are your students all working in public child welfare settings? I like the sounds of what you are doing. Thanks for the feedback and keep up the good work! I have incorporated into the syllabus, readings and exercises that build the student's competency to apply the Structured Decision Making model of risk assessment as we use it in our agency. Thank you for any assistance or references you would suggest. Sincerely, Cindy Currell, MSW, LISW-S University of Dayton
