Wendy: We have just finished a study that looks at the reasons for placement breakdowns for children in Illinois who move the most. Attached is the report we completed for the Illinois child welfare department -- we are in the process of writing an article based on this study. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions. Please note that an appendix is referenced in the report, but it exceeds the capacity of this list serv. In addition, it is quite lengthy and may not be of much interest outside of Illinois. I hope this is helpful.
