Subject:Re: comparison of reporting laws and abuse definitions by state
Some years ago (my copy is 1994) the National Center on Child Abuse
and Neglect published a book that compiled all these. It is titled
Child Abuse and Neglect State Statute Series: Reporting Laws. It
contains these statutes for each of the fifty states. I do not know
whether they have kept this up to date, but you may want to look on
their website.
