Subject:RE: Evaluation of Group Parenting Coaching

Hi – I’m not sure what you mean by “parent coaching programs,” but the Parents Anonymous® Mutual Support Groups model was evaluated by the National Council on Crime and Delinquency, with OJJDP funding, and found decreases in child maltreatment outcomes, reductions in risk factors and increases in protective factors for child maltreatment. The reports on the process and outcome phases of the evaluation can be found at www.nccd-crc.org . A manuscript on the findings is under review by Child Abuse & Neglect. Hope this helps.
