Subject: Assessment Training

I am going to be doing a solution focused training focusing on assessments. The focus I was concentrating on was being positive and strength based – at each phase of the assessment process. Our agency focuses on helping families and children overcome crisis through community and residential services.

I was wondering if anyone knows of any good research papers that talk about the importance of assessments and being strength based in the assessment phase. Thanks in advance.
