Associate Director – Results Oriented Management (ROM) The University of Kansas, School of Social Welfare is seeking an Associate Director for the Results Oriented Management (ROM) project. ROM is a national model for data reporting and analytics for child welfare and related social services that is currently being used in twelve (12) states. The Associate Director provides project leadership, manages program operations, leads the development of the reporting system, supervises project personnel, oversees subcontractors, and develops new and current ROM member sites. This position works under the supervision of the ROM project’s Principal Investigator/Director.
