https://cola.unh.edu/frl/conference David Finkelhor’s conference International Family Violence and Child Victimization Research Conference is excellent. Solid conference on research in a small setting where networking is readily available. As is the San Diego International Conference on child abuse and family maltreatment: http://www.cvent.com/events/the-32nd-annual-san-diego-international-conference-on-child-and-family-maltreatment/event-summary-2694b17fed5e496e8773a7e98ff00175.aspx From: bounce-121926155-6832844@list.cornell.edu [mailto:bounce-121926155-6832844@list.cornell.edu] On Behalf Of Ralph Balducci Sent: Sunday, October 08, 2017 6:39 PM To: child-maltreatment-research-L@cornell.edu Subject: conferences/trainings I have enjoyed being a member of this list and appreciate receiving the important research information provided here. I conduct psychological assessments regarding child protection matters and the State of Connecticut has long provided various trainings to examiners doing this work. Years ago, I also went to an outstanding conference at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto. Does Cornell sponsor any such trainings or conferences for dissemination of child maltreatment research, or could anyone recommend any such conferences? Any suggestions are appreciated. Thank you.
