The
General Release Data License (PDF) is a legal document between the
researcher, the Receiving Institution, and NDACAN. Changes in the
employment status of the researcher require the completion of a new
Data License.
NDACAN will have full discretion in deciding whether the Investigator
meets eligibility criteria. If NDACAN decides all requirements are
met, a representative from NDACAN will sign the
General Release Data License (PDF) and return a copy of the fully executed
license to the applicant along with a copy of the data.
During the course of the research project, the investigator may apply
to have research staff access the NSCAW data by submitting one
Supplemental Agreement with Research Staff (PDF) for each staff person.
The investigator cannot provided data access to these new research staff until
the Archive countersigns Supplemental Agreement and
returns a copy to the Investigator.

the above address or sent via e-mail to NDACAN@cornell.edu.
