<html><body>Sheri,<br>Here in NH we have CACs in some catchments and not in others, and the focus is pretty much child abuse. Some years back I was on a legislative task force designed to develop a state wide protocol for interviewing children in cases of suspected abuse. There appeared to be a good deal of confusion between the idea of CACs as places where services are provided vs. CAC as protocol. This was one of the reasons we never actually came up with a protocol.<br><br><br>Eric G. I have contacted the <br>local CAC to find out about their role.
