Case in the courts locally, teenage girl smothered by her adopted brother 
who proceeded to have sex with her after she died. Boy had been adopted at 
age 7, parents subsequently divorced, boy lived with dad, girl lived with 
mom, would apparently alternate summers at parents' homes, so boy had not 
lived year round with his adopted sister for some years.
