Substance abuse

I am a doctoral student in the School of Social Work at the 
University of Minnesota.  I am starting my dissertation about 
[child abuse and neglect among substance abuse families].  
I am interested in the relationship between substance abuse and child 
abuse/neglect.

Can anybody give me some advices, such as, books, journal articles, 
or websites of organizations regarding my topic?  Thanks a lot in advance.
