<DIV>My co workers and I would like to submit an article for publication.
Our agency receives Child Welfare and we generally enjoy the articles but we
have heard many complaints about this journal. I guess there is an
exceptionally long review process and an even longer lag between acceptance and
publication. Is this an accurate perception of Child Welfare? If so,
what other journals are considered good outlets for child welfare
research? </DIV>
