<DIV>My co workers and I would like to submit an article for publication.&nbsp;
Our agency receives Child Welfare and we generally enjoy the articles but we
have heard many complaints about this journal.&nbsp; I guess there is an
exceptionally long review process and an even longer lag between acceptance and
publication.&nbsp; Is this an accurate perception of Child Welfare?&nbsp; If so,
what other journals are considered good outlets for child welfare
research?&nbsp; </DIV>
