You may find the Family Resource Scale (Dunst & Leet, 1986) useful. Also there are many good standardized instruments embedded in the FACES study of the Head Start Bureau - some of which capture attitudes toward community supports. See the Family and Child Experiences Survey at:
I am aware of several instruments that tap parental attitudes towards
their children and towards service providers. I am wondering if
there are normed instruments that are designed for time series that
measure attitudes towards community and towards nearby supports
(family, peers, church, neighbors).
