NCAST maintains an extensive bib referencing its uses in studies and 
clinical programs.  Try their website and/or contact the NCAST office at 
U of Washington (Denise Findlay).  One caution:  it is difficult for 
paraprofessionals to establish reliability on this instrument so it is 
best to have professionals do  your baseline and post-intervention 
measurements.  You could probably train paras to videotape the 
interactions but professionals certified in the measure should code them.
