child and family studies/adolescents in United Kingdom

Hello,

My faculty would like to have a 'link' with any universities from the U.K,
for the purpose of academic and research programmes. Since we have some
fund coming in, we are looking for experts in certain areas to work with.
Our interests are  in any areas related to child & families, adolescents
and parenting. These also covers topics on child maltreatment,
disabilities, juvenile delinquents and family counseling.  I would be very
grateful if any list members could suggest names of people  who are experts
 in these field (plus the universities).
