DV Attitudes Survey Instrument for DV advocates and CPS workers

<DIV>I'm looking for a DV Beliefs/Attitude survey instrument that I can use to measure DV advocate and CPS worker beliefs about the causal mechanisms of DV and theories in use for interventions with battered mothers, perps, and children exposed.
