two-year post-doctoral research fellowship, we seek candidates for a
clinical-research program focused on applied developmental psychopathology at
the university (efficacy) and community (effectiveness) interface.&nbsp; Our
current projects emphasize translational research and
effectiveness/implementation trials that draw upon the application of evidence-based
treatments for child/adolescent populations (e.g., behavior problems/disorders,
sexual offenses, child abuse) in settings/systems that have become increasingly
involved in the delivery of mental health services (e.g., pediatric primary
care, juvenile justice, child welfare, community mental health).&nbsp; Fellows
are encouraged to contribute to and/or manage clinical-research projects,
develop grant applications, and disseminate products having scientific,
practice, and policy implications.&nbsp; In all of these venues, opportunities
are provided to work with research investigators and community
leader/practitioners on efforts that integrate diagnostic/clinical assessments,
extend treatment protocols to real world settings, and train/collaborate with
professionals in multiple service sectors.&nbsp; </span></font></p>

the efficacy-effectiveness continuum, potential for academic/psychiatric
research, and the ability to think creatively and collaboratively.&nbsp; Must
have some clinical experience using CBT with child/adolescent patients and
their families, exposure to vulnerable and underserved populations, familiarity
with clinical and psychiatric aspects of childhood/adolescent dysfunction, and
interest in applied/treatment research in developmental psychopathology,
especially the conduct of clinical trials in community settings.&nbsp; A high
proportion of the graduates of this post-doctoral program have received
external funding. Fellows also may have an opportunity to interact with some of
the country&#8217;s leading clinical treatment researchers (e.g., Boris<i><span
