You may want to look at the Childhood Trauma Questionnaire (Bernstein & Fink, 1998) - available from The Psychological Corporation - this measures self-reported history of sexual, physical, and emotional abuse, physical neglect, and emotional neglect separately

Hi Everyone-

I am hoping someone can help me.  My colleges and I at Stony 
Brook are looking for self report measures
of substantiatable child maltreatment. Not something like
the CTS provides, but more along the lines of what a typical
CPS would consider to be abusive. Any thoughts?
