Comparative enrollment numbers for transition aged youth to anasset coaching program

muti-faceted approach to help disconnected youth, specifically those in foster

size=3>care</FONT> </FONT></SPAN>, transition successfully to
adulthood. One of the interventions is the use of an asset coach who works
one-on-one and in groups with the youth, ages 11-25, to help them identify their
strengths, hopes and aspirations and then develop the toolkit of skills and
supports to build upon those assets and bring their dreams to
life.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

of enrollment vs referral. We are finding that 40% of youth referred to
Fostering the Future's asset coaching program are actually choosing to
enroll. <SPAN class=355592418-25102006>Referral sources may be social
workers, community workers, school personnel, family members, etc.
</SPAN>Is that a good rate of return when compared to<SPAN
class=406053319-03112006><FONT color=#0000ff size=2><FONT color=#000000
size=3> any existing</FONT> </FONT></SPAN>national data? Do you
know of any such data and where I might find it? <SPAN
