especially its art. 81 (Guardianship); I searched through Google, FindLaw,
Altavista etc., and every time I stumbled upon a number of law firms dealing
with such issues, or court decisions (at times even amusing; I find one on
attorney's fees which recalled me some cases here in my home town), etc.. May
someone please address me to the right site (if there is one)? </FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>I'm looking first of all for its TEXT, as it stands
now; how it is applied is useful, of course, but without the text of the law
text everything becomes confused. I'm working on cross national comparisons
in the following areas: protection of the mentally ill person in general,
of the demented person (not only the elderly, but also the younger, in cases of
post-traumatic dementias or from medical conditions), and the mentally ill
parent of minors (i.e. children below the age of 18).</FONT></DIV>
