You might be interested in California's Safe & Healthy Families (CalSAHF) and ABC (Answers Bendfitting Children). These are comprehensive, integrated interventions using center based parenting, parent child, and children's groups along with home visiting and a multidisciplinary team consisting of specialists in mental health, substance abuse, health, TANF, and other areas of concern based on the population served. These programs are currently being carried out in 25 sites throughout California. Goals include: preventing child maltreatment & other adverse outcomes, improved parent child interaction, reduction in social isolation, improved problem solving skills, improved use of community resources. A unified management information system is in place, along with standardized measures and a quality management program. You might find these of interest.
