  review, in that the editor had other people read it and report back to the 
  editor, and then gave us the combined feedback.&nbsp; I don't know if it was 
  done blindly and my hunch is that it was done somewhat informally.&nbsp; The 
  practice probably varies from editor to editor, so I would check with the
