Lois, 

you may have already looked here, but the ounce of prevention fund out of chicago may have some good information. There is also the Linda Ray Center and the University of Miami Psychology department. They have wonderful programs for children prenatally exposed to cocaine and foster children to aid in reunification. Including, a parent education program and therapeutic visitation. you can contact the director of the Linda Ray Center (Lynne Katz) at lkatz@miami.edu
