RE: child protection guidelines during disaster recovery USA

Barb,

You may want to contact the National Resource Center for Child
Protective Services (NRCCPS), part of the Children's Bureau Training and
Technical Assistance Network. The NRCCPS assists States in developing
policies and practices that improve the prevention, reporting,
assessment and treatment of child abuse and neglect. The Resource
Center can be reached in New Mexico by calling (505) 345-2444 or sending
an email to e-mail@nrccps.org. The Resource Center website is available
at http://www.nrccps.org/index.html.

I hope this information is helpful.

Subject: child protection guidelines during disaster recovery USA

Our chapter in Louisianna is working with several groups that are
looking to
establish minimum standards for child protection during disaster
recovery for
Louisianna.
Can someone point us in the right direction for this?

Thank you.

Barb
