Yes, we have one.  You can contact Mickey Curtis at Families and Youth, 
Inc. in Las Cruces for more information.  The main administrative 
number is 505-522-4004.  FYI hosts the local Safehouse, and was the 
central agency in negotiating the protocol.  As I recall, it took 2 
years of negotiation.
