Just looking at criminals in general, thankfully they are actually a small
part of the population, even with the high incarceration rate of the US.
We incarcerate what, maybe one percent?  Sex offenders are going to be
less than that.  A quick conversation with a criminal defense friend and
the rate they see in defendants is about 10% sex crimes.
