Hey Steve;
We're doing a session at our upcoming annual Foster Care Review Board
Annual conference on the decision point and issues involved in making
the decision to reunify children in foster care with their parents.  We
will have a panel (judge, attys for children and parents, mental health
provider, foster care worker)  -- all of whom will share considerations
from their perspective.  Are you aware of any good resource materials
(articles, studies, etc.)?  I would like to include something in the
conf. materials.
