Good luck finding the book; it is quite good. However, if you decide to
buy the text, beware, CRI wanted an outrageous $130. US.

I think an equally good text is Dr. Kendall-Tackett's 2004 text, "Health
consequences of abuse in the family."  Well written and thoroughly
researched. P in tx.
