Hello:

I am interested in instruments you would recommend for the following 
purposes:
1. To assess effectiveness of a clinical training programme - 2 yr programme 
to provide training and supervision to experienced therapists who are being 
moved into working with children who were sexually traumatized and children 
who molest other children
2. To assess the effectiveness of the therapeutic interventions - to track 
the changes in children who are given therapy for sexual trauma
What would you recommend for pre- and post-tests?  Any advise you can give 
me that would help us evaluate this programme? It is being run as a pilot in 
one region of the country.
