organisation associated with the Office of the Children's Guardian and the NSW
Commission for Children and Young People which is called CREATE, <a

of young people and young adult who have been in Out of Home Care (including
foster care) and it is very active as an advocate for children currently in
care. Speakers from CREATE often present at conferences and are involved as
focus group members on policy development regarding children and young people
