several cases

Sorry for any cross-postings:

Hope some of you can help on this.
We are working collaboratively with the Child Welfare League of
America to obtain and collectively analyze all "child welfare class
action" decrees/settlements/decisions over the past 30 years or so.
Obviously, we've been helped in this effort by such leading groups as
Children's Rights, Inc. and the National Center for Youth Law.

We've already obtained most of what we know about, but in our effort
to be complete, please see below cases where we do NOT yet have that
material.

We'd appreciate getting faxed, e-mailed, or mailed any
decrees/settlements/decisions in:

CA: Wheeler v. Sanders and Booream v. Orange County
MA: MacFarland v. Dukakis (also known as Lynch v. King)
NY: Jesse E. v. NYCDSS and Wilder v. Berstein
NC: Willie M. v. Hunt
PA: Baby Neal v. Ridge, Anderson v. Houston, and T.M. v. City of
Philadelphia
FL: M.E. v. Bush and Ward v. Kearney
GA: J.J. v. Ledbetter
NJ: Baby Sparrow v. Waldman
WV: Sanders v. Weston

I hope our final work product will be available in late summer or
early fall, and I expect it will be available from both CWLA and our
Center.

Thanks.
