RE: Request for information on Case file management

Although this isn't exactly what you're looking for you, it may give you
some leads:

The National Data Archive on Child Abuse and Neglect sponsored a conference
in 1998 called "Administrative Data in Child Welfare: Research Strategies
and Prospects for the Future." Although most of the conference focused on
how to *use* administrative data collected by CPS agencies, some sessions
dealt with how to improve the data collection and administrative process in
the first place.

You can read a summary of the conference and individual sessions on line at

.html

Subject: Request for information on Case file management

I would like recommendation for references on any articles on book chapters
on the need for or 'how to' for case file management in child protective
services.
Also, is anyone aware of any articles on policies related to case file
management. This is a new area for me so I appreciate any sources.
