T-scores for the Child Behavior Checklist syndrome scales

Hi everyone,

I'm writing to ask if anyone has SPSS or SAS syntax for calculating the
T-scores for the Child Behavior Checklist. I have programs that compute the
raw scores for Internalizing, Externalizing, and Total Problems, as well as
the syndrome scales, but I'd like to convert these to the T-scores. 

If anyone is willing to share their syntax, please e-mail me DIRECTLY. I'm
interested in scoring the CBCL for Ages 1.5 to 5, Ages 6-18, and the older
1991 version of the CBCL for 4-18 year olds.
