looking to fill a full-time Research Assistant position. The NCAC Research 
Department operates as an interdisciplinary research team and works to integrate 
research into practice in the field of child maltreatment. NCAC researchers 
direct program evaluations and original research projects that examine the 
impact of child maltreatment on family and community systems and on individual 
child and adolescent development.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>

position is responsible primarily for quantitative and qualitative data 
collection and analysis. Additional responsibilities will include social science 
research design, grant writing, literature review, and report and manuscript 
preparation. Strong research and communication skills are essential. Experience 
with SPSS, SAS or other data management and analysis software is 
required.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>

Candidates should have ability to work on multiple projects with acute attention 
to detail; ability to work independently with minimal supervision, strong 
organizational skills, and ability to travel occasionally.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>
