Hi Krista:  I have an article I can send you by attachment on mandated 
reporting in Israel and the problems that arise as a result of the reports 
as well as the recommended changes to the mandated reporting laws that a 
colleague and I put together.  It was
presented at an online discussion of the ISPCAN.  (Lisa Fontes - do you have 
the date it appeared on the forum on mandated reporting and perhaps even the 
link?)  Let me know if you would like to see it.
