I am trying to start two studies on determining prevalence of sex abuse in 
high school and college students in Turkey working with my colleagues at Ege 
University. We are looking into developing a questionnaire to base the 
studies on... I was wondering if anyone from the list has done any 
surveillance study on sex abuse (in the field or in schools). I would like to 
obtain the forms(s)/questionnaire(s) used to broaden our basis... any 
referrals to those who have done such studies will also be appreciated.
