foster youth in juvenile justice system

Dear List Members:

I'm looking for research that focuses on the experiences of foster youth in
juvenile justice system.  I'm familiar with the Vera Institute reports, but
I've yet to find much beyond the Project Confirm publications.  There is a
mountain of literature on the front end (foster youth entering the system)
but very little on their experiences once in the juvenile justice system.
I'm particularly interested in research on rates of adjudication and
recidivism.  Unpublished work is welcome.  Thanks in advance for your help.
