I would love to get results of whatever you find.  I am currently
embarking on a study in my hospital to look at the amount of indirect
service time clinicians spend on their caseloads.  When I did an initial
literature review, I came up with absolutely nothing.  I would certainly
appreciate any information others have about this topic .
