Beliefs on Child Sexual Abuse

I'm a portuguese final year student of the psychology course and my monography thesis is related to the child sexual abuse beliefs (and knowledges) theme.
 
Thus, i would like to know if does anyone knows or can send me some bibliographic references concerning the following topics:
 
1) Empirical studies on child sexual abuse beliefs (or myths);
2) Literature on child sexual abuse myths and stereotypes (among the general population);
3) Literature on cultural myths and supports for rape and (specialy) child sexual abuse;
4) Some papers concerning the child sexual abuse allegations (in juror trials) and the "false memories" questions (specialy, replies to Elisabeth Loftus);
5) And finaly, literature on prevention of child sexual abuse.
