<DIV>Hello all,</DIV>
<DIV>I am working with a colleague on outcome research in a child protective
setting. We are looking at both process (primarily
organizational) and outcomes in a child welfare setting related to
teaming. One of the variables we are interested in studying is diversity
and would love some direction or suggestions from any of you who know of a
<U>validated</U> scale - ideally measuring diversity in a child protective
setting, or if not, a validated scale measuring diversity, diversity
awareness or cultural competence that we could review. At this point
we are considering both cps workers, administrators, and family members as
potential subjects, so the scale could be related to workers or family
experiences and outcomes.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Thank you,</DIV>
